That last post was a drainer! But I guess its what I needed. I promised myself I wouldn’t cry anymore this weekend since I got it out last night. I’m looking forward to the next eleven days off of work spent with my family. Each morning The Snitch jumps out of bed to tell me just how many more days until Christmas are left.
We finished our department pot luck/party much earlier than anticipated and I had two hours to kill before going home so I snuck out to go shopping. But guess what? I didn’t have ANYTHING to shop for! I even called Mister to find out if he had any last minute errands for me and nothing. Wow. I guess that means I’m officially DONE with shopping for 2007’s holiday season! I even have beer in the truck of my car that is begging to be put on ice.
My sister will be over this evening and we plan to kill the pitcher of Sangria that is sitting in my fridge, after-all I doneed to make room in the fridge for all the fricken tamales we’ll be making tomorrow and that pitcher is just taking up too much room.
OK, well I’m about to scoot on out of here now that all the bosses are gone. I’ll try to post a bit over the next two weeks but can’t promise much because I’ve got a lot to do these few weeks. So if you don’t hear from me I hope you all have a safe and wonderful holiday.
Love ya!
